Service Cancellation
- You may cancel your service subscription within 48 hours of the initial purchase.
- To do so, please contact our customer support team at support@coddent.com with your cancellation request.
- Cancellations made after this 48-hour window may not be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the subsequent period.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- The service must be canceled within the 48-hour window.
- The service must not have been used or consumed.
- You must provide a valid reason for requesting a refund.
Please note that we reserve the right to deny a refund request if we believe that the service has been used or consumed, or if we determine that the request is not valid.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
- Custom software development projects are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Other non-refundable services will be indicated at the time of purchase.
